About Dixie Gardens

Dixie Gardens Condominium Association, a 33-unit residential community located in North Miami, Florida. Our building features a mixed-size of one-bedroom units and includes amenities such as a community room, laundry facilities, swimming pool, and covered parking.

The Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by unit owners. We are committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and friendly environment while ensuring the long-term value of our shared property. Whether you’re a long-time resident or new to the community, we encourage you to stay involved, informed, and connected through this site.

This is not to promote credentials or set expectations for who can serve. All unit owners are eligible to participate. Rather, it’s an opportunity to help owners better understand who is representing them and the types of experience and skills currently serving the community.
